Weekly Highlights 2.26.17

March looks like it is coming in like a lamb.

 

But, you bad mofos closed out February like a bunch of lions.

 

There was a lot of moving and shaking this week.

 

Including Rick M coming back from a ski vacation with his family and getting on the Assault Bike and taking the lead for the best time. In even bigger news, Rick was appointed President of Patriot National Bank based here in Stamford. Congrats Rick, you earned it.

 

Margaret has been on a mission. She jumped from coming 2x per week to 3x and she has been working really hard on forming new nutritional habits. She had been utilizing her acountabilabuddy Rachel and sending her pictures of the habit she is working on, adding vegetables into her meals.

 

Rick’s record on the bike started the week, Tim finished the week by setting a new record time for the guys. He also won the outfit of the week award with this special number.
We have a couple more days to get your last ride in before we crown the winners. Let’s do it! So impressed by everything you have done so far.
Mary knocked out 4 workouts this week. She has been absolutely working her ass off, getting better every time she shows up. Look at this picture… perfect KB Swing. We are really proud of you.
We have a few friendly new faces joining the fun this week. Be sure to say hi. We will have pictures of these friendly faces next week.
For all you bear crawl lovers, you may have a little of this beam crawl goodness coming your way.
And for all you that wonder if I ever wear anything other than gym clothes, here is proof. Joanna and I went to a wedding for great friends in NYC Saturday night.
