She is a busy mom of 2, an attorney, a successful business professional and wife, a problem solver and always full of infectious energy. She has a schedule that is packed to the gills. Yet, she determined that is was time to also make herself a priority. She made a commitment to start working on herself and has honored that commitment. The secret to her becoming strong, powerful and more confident is consistency and patience. That same consistency is what has moved from a couple of push-ups on a high bench to cranking them out on the floor.  

That consistency and commitment to herself has taken her from laughing at the idea of doing a chin up to actually doing them. Patience has allowed her to trust the process and not expect quick change and instead build sustainable habits that will last her a lifetime.

We feel like proud parents! Looking beautiful and strong, Ginger has embraced the challenges of slowly developing new habits, focusing on progress, not perfection (whatever that is) and it shows. Always beautiful, now she is strong, her performance and mobility have skyrocketed.

Meet Lou $. He is a family man with a couple dazzling daughters and an amazing wife. He has a kick-ass career, one where he is continually growing. Lou became part of Core Principles Crew a little less than a year ago. His family life and career were in check; his health & fitness, not so much. They were not a priority.

He felt like crap, had a hard time focusing, always sluggish, frustrated that he played sports less, not proud of how he looked, fed up with his eating habits and he knew his health was becoming a liability.

He started training with us 3 x a week and making fitness part of his regular routine. He got strong! A few months into training, he realized he needed to make changes to his nutrition to really change how he felt. Slowly Lou built some sustainable habits working on 1 or 2 things at a time.

Now he has lost a bunch of weight, and had to buy a new wardrobe, but what is bigger is, how he feels. Lou is vibrant, full of confidence and walks with some extra pep in his step. Fitness is a part of his life, he is tearing it up on the golf course and he is proud to be in control of his health. He changed his relationship with food and feels empowered that he knows how to make good decision with his food, ones he can sustain.

The classes are capped at 10 people and led by professional coaches for a highly personalized experience. We provide you with a chance to push yourself safely and effectively toward your goals.

Every four weeks we serve up a new menu of group classes, continuously changing your workouts to help you avoid plateaus and promote ongoing results.


This is our version of one-on-one personal training. You will train with up to three other fellow SuperHeros. This allows you to get the individual attention that YOU need to burn fat, get strong, and feel vibrant and confident. We evaluate your individual needs first and then write a customized program that is specific to your goals, interests, and lifestyle. You will always have a coach with you to ensure you are executing safely, efficiently. Your program will be updated and changed as your progress so that you can keep getting better.

Our Semi-Private Coaching offers you the opportunity to get private-training quality and results at a much more affordable price. Our semi-private training approach offers you the same individualized workouts, but for half the cost, more scheduling flexibility, more accountability, and a ton more fun! Research has proven that this approach to training often provides greater results, thanks to the camaraderie, support, and an insane amount of laughter.
