New Age Nutrition Club

It seems like every year the same things happen.

The holidays come at the end of the year, which means tons of eating, drinking, parties, and probably not a lot of time for yourself. At the end of it all, you may be feeling regretful, like you gained weight, lethargic and not as good as you want to feel.

But wait! New Years is right around the corner that means it’s time for a New Years Resolution!

This year is going to be your year, you are going to hit the gym hard at 6 am 5 days a week, you are going to do that new amazing diet you read on a magazine or saw on TV. This is it, this is your breakthrough.

Fast forward to the middle of January, the excitement wore off, it is harder and harder to wake up to get to the gym so you just don’t go at all. That diet you were on did help you lose a few pounds but it left you feeling deprived and worse than you did before.

This may be extreme but I am sure you can all relate to this somehow, we all can.

We continue to go through the same terrible cycle because that is what we are constantly fed through the media, 8-week workout plans that promise to leave you with a 6 pack, 30-day detoxes that promise to have you drop 30lbs.

We keep trying the same thing and keep ending with the same results, feeling like a failure.

It is time for a new approach.

Not a new “diet”, not a new list of foods you can/cannot eat, not a new set of strict rules.

A new mindset in terms of approaching your nutrition.

New Age Nutrition Club

Based on the scenario described above I have set out to create a program that can work for anyone, a program based on habits and not rules, a program that adapts to your life.

Who is this for?

This program is for someone who resonates with the story above, someone who is tired of Yo-Yo dieting and tired of looking for the next “best” diet.  If you are ready to change your relationship with food, not worry so much about “what to eat” and start focusing on how you eat. If you want to have more energy throughout the day at work, be able to keep up with your friends and family, not feel sluggish, feel proud and confident as you put your clothes on in the morning this program is exactly for you!

If you are looking for another quick fix to get unsustainable results super fast only to take a step backward after this program is probably not for you.

What is included in the program?

This program is an 8-week long program that contains a whole lot of resources to make sure you are set up for success.

During the 8 weeks, we will focus on 6 different habits that focus on how you eat more than what you eat.

You will receive daily lessons and an accountability question based on the habit for that week. These will include simple and actionable steps to help you improve your relationship with food.

Now while the information is good, the thing that is amazing about this program is the focused coaching you will get. While in this program you will get unlimited access to your coach who will help you troubleshoot any problems that may come up.

You will also receive 2 personal meetings with your coach to help you set goals and answer any questions you may have about the program. These meetings are where you can dial in specifically what you want to work on with your coach.

In addition to the 2 personal meetings, each week there will be a group Zoom call in which your coach will lead a group discussion talking about your current habit and answer any questions.

There will be check-ins weekly to make sure you are reaching your goals and to help keep you excited and accountable every step of the way.

Along with everything above you will get tons of resources that you can keep long past the 8 weeks.

If you are ready to make a change that can last a lifetime and finally feel good about your relationship with food this program is perfect for you!

If you are ready to sign up and be a founding member of the New Age Nutrition Club shoot me an email at pat@coreprinciples-sc.com to receive the super discounted early action offer of 50% the program.
