With summer here we understand that it may be harder for you to find time to get to the gym. You are busy traveling, doing fun things outside, and hanging out with friends and family we get it.
Instead of using that as an excuse to do nothing think about what you still can do. You probably can find time to get in a 20-30 minute workout at home.

We created a simple workout you can do at home! We wanted to show you exactly what do to and take any guesswork out of it, all you have to do is execute.
This workout is all body weight and does not require any equipment.
Do as many rounds as you can in 15-30 minutes, taking rest as you need and make sure you are doing each exercise with proper form.
(Note: for each exercise, I provide you with two variations, one a little harder than the other. Just pick 1!)
