2020 has been the year of stress for so many people!

 

While I wish I could snap my fingers and make the stress go away for everyone unfortunately I can’t. What I can do though is share some strategies that I use and clients of mine used to help manage their stress in order to live a healthy life.

 

In my video I talk about why managing your stress is important, how it impacts your weight loss, and a few specific strategies you can apply today to help manage your stress.
