Building Better Workouts

Now, I am not here to tell you that is wrong or you shouldn’t do that;  but what I am going  to do is offer some extra tips on how to make the most out of your time spent in the gym, which I think will help you reach your goals successfully.

Why does this matter, you may ask? Well, just the same way you decide to make a meal, you follow a recipe, you should approach the gym the same way. It is my hope that when you are done reading this, you will have a recipe(s) or plan for how to approach the gym;  and if you are still unsure a coach here at Core Principles can help you build one just for you.

To start we are going to break your workout into 4 sections:  Warm-up, Power, Strength, and Conditioning.

The Warm-up

Power

Strength

Conditioning

Creating a plan is as simple as 4 steps. Try to create the plan before you head to the gym! This will help you focus on your exercises during your workout and not worry about what’s next and where to go.

If you have any questions about building your plan the coaches at Core Principles are here to help!
