30 Min @ Home Workout

We know that there are people who are still not comfortable going into a gym with the way the world is today.

 

I am not sure about you but I know I have seen an increase in the number of people outside walking or running through the past couple of months which is so great to see! People are getting in some exercise, soaking up some vitamin D, and getting a little fresh air. 

 

The only challenge with living in the northeast (If you do like me) is that it does not stay warm forever. It seems like fall is approaching soon with the cool weather coming in. This is not a bad thing, but it may be harder to get outside for those walks.
It is important to continue to do something so you keep on seeing progress.
Back in March when gyms were shut down completely we had to take all of our training online and create workouts that our clients could do from the comfort of their home.
Just because gyms are open again, that does not mean that you can’t still workout from home.
Today I want to share with you one of our fat-blasting workouts you can do today.
In the video, we will coach you so you get the most out of the workout, stay safe, and even offer modifications to ensure you are doing the best exercise you can.
This workout can be a 30-minute workout or you can do a few more rounds and go for an hour. What matters most is that you do SOMETHING!
